Abram Left Haran & Headed for the Promised Land—Age 75

Q: WHAT YEAR DID ABRAHAM LEAVE HARAN AND HEAD FOR THE PROMISED LAND?
A: IT DEPENDS WHAT CALENDAR YOU ARE USING!
On the Gregorian calendar (the one you might have on your wall) the year was 1958 BC.
On the Hebrew calendar, sometimes called the biblical calendar, the year was 2089 AM.
ABOUT
Abraham’s father died at age 205. Abraham was 75 when he began his journey to the promised land. Abraham left for the promised land 430 years before Israel left for the promised land. Israel left on the same day 430 years after Abraham, 2089 + 430 = 2519 year of exodus. See article titled The 430-400 Years.
